Serving Tradition, Flavor, and Family Since 1980

Since 1980, Mama’s has been more than just a pizzeria – it’s been a tradition. What started in New York as a small, family-run shop has grown into a name that generations of families know and love. When the Spina family brought Mama’s to Oro Valley, we brought more than just authentic New York–style pizza – we brought our heritage, our recipes, and our belief that good food is best when it’s shared.
Our Oro Valley location holds a special place in our story. It’s not only the heart of our community, but it’s also the oldest Mama’s location still open today – a testament to the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our family. Over the years, Mama’s has been passed down through the Spina family, each generation carrying forward the same passion, pride, and commitment to quality that our family started with back in New York.
At Mama’s, every pizza, calzone, and hero is made with the same love and care that’s defined us for over four decades. We’ve watched kids grow up in our restaurant, families celebrate milestones around our tables, and generations return again and again for the food they grew up with. Mama’s isn’t just our business – it’s our legacy. And we’re proud to keep serving Oro Valley the same way we always have: with tradition, flavor, and a whole lot of love.
